IC needs a lead that inspires and can lead in the heat of the moment and make snap decisions on the battlefield. IC also needs a leader that will foster the growth of not only the troops under his command, but inspire the troops of other battalions to strive for greatness. I believe I can do both. Over the years of RP experience I've seen and done it all with various battalions and characters which has left me with the ability to actually play a character instead of playing myself in a situation. I have the problem solving skills and leadership skills necessary to help the unit thrive as well as the nerve to keep it under control. I'm also adept at understanding the shortcomings of others and assisting them in reaching new heights of skill, roleplay quality, and experience. Above everything I realize that the most important factor of a roleplay server is having fun, and i believe that by becoming IC lead, I can help foster a welcoming roleplay environment without hostility and unnecessary friction. What makes you worse than other candidates?: I've been called too blunt before and I have issues listening and dealing with people i deem stupid or incompetent especially when they are in a position of power over me. I do not believe than rank means everything and often strike out against rank abuse, which can put me at odds with higher ranked individuals. Do you understand your rank of a commander may be stripped to protect server assets, community, and players?: I'd give up the position gladly before it would be stripped of me if it's to protect the community.
